Meet The Team

Kim is the owner and broker at Barefoot Real Estate. Her parents purchased a home in Point Pleasant Beach in 1976. Kim grew up in North Jersey, attended college in New York City, moved to Los Angeles and traveled to many places in between, but part of her heart has always been at the Jersey Shore. After nearly 2 decades in film production, Kim finally settled down at the beach. She and 2 friends started Barefoot in 2011. Kim met Tim shortly after Superstorm Sandy hit and they ended up rebuilding their home together. They have been happy full time residents and business owners ever since. In addition to Barefoot, Kim and Tim also own and operate Shore Riders Bike Rentals.

Tim is a Michigan native who made New Jersey his home after meeting Kim. He has a background in construction and loves sharing his knowledge with clients. You can usually find Tim behind his desk as an owner/agent at Barefoot Real Estate. During the summer, you might see him “in back with the bikes” or moving them around with the truck. Hawaiian music and non-fiction reading are his favorite genres. When he’s not working – he’s trying to solve the world’s mechanical problems – or holding discussions about antiques and old things with anyone who will listen. If Tim could pick one season – it would be summer all year!

Cali grew up in Bay Head, and is a graduate of Point Pleasant Beach HS and Monmouth University. She enjoys exploring new places, but she loves where she lives! Her restaurant background landed her a job as a manager of Surf Taco. Cali’s mom created a popular local breakfast spot called The Food Shack in 2013. This is where she met Kim & Tim, who opened her eyes to the real estate world. Barefoot took Cali under their wing and showed her what it means to be the best agent possible. When Cali is not in the office, you can find her at The Food Shack (where she is now a partner) during the summer season or at the beach, enjoying the salty air.

Cheyenne is a native of Point Pleasant Beach. She was raised to explore and appreciate all the attributes that come with living in this coastal town. Cheyenne was brought up with a love of music and will travel to see a live show whenever she can. The ocean will always be her home but the mountains and national parks around the country ignite a plethora of wonder inside her heart. She has a passion for Graphic Design and loves to put her skills to use when she can. Cheyenne loves to connect with people and is always happy to have a meaningful conversation or help someone in any way possible!

Doug is a Long Branch native, but he’s gathered a wide array of experiences in different parts of the country. No matter where he traveled or what he did, his heart always belonged to the Jersey Shore. Doug was part of the trio that founded the agency, but left for a rewarding seven year stint teaching high school. He is thrilled to be back with his friends at Barefoot. When out of the office, Doug can be spotted hauling Shore Riders bikes around, appreciating the ocean, and working on various creative projects!

Manuela is originally from Germany. She spent many years in New York City working with a large accounting firm, but always wanted to live near the ocean. She was jealous of her friends who lived at the shore and decided to make the leap herself after several visits to Point Pleasant Beach that didn’t seem to last long enough. Manuela likes helping clients make their beach dreams come true and stays close to her roots doing the bookkeeping for Barefoot and several other Jersey shore businesses. She can also give you a run down of every ice cream spot along the coast!

Tracy Attardo is a Jersey Shore “lifer”. Born and raised in Point Pleasant, she currently resides in Manasquan with her husband and three children. She has a deep-rooted knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. In addition to raising a family at the Jersey Shore, Tracy has served various roles in the community, which provides valuable insight to her clients. She specializes in the ability to help families navigate through the various towns to find the perfect home based on their needs. Tracy also has planning and construction experience as a general contractor for homes in both Ocean and Monmouth counties.

David was born in Newark, NJ and now lives in Monmouth Beach. During his college years attending Stockton University, David developed an appreciation for living close to the beach and the surrounding shore communities. Traveling around the world for technology companies, he worked with banks and financial services firms to prevent financial crimes using software. David has always had a knack for making complicated subject matter easier to understand and that is what he brings to his clients when it comes to buying/selling/investing/renting real estate.

Lorraine DiGilio is artistic, fun loving, honest and kind. Her first priority is to make her clients happy. One of her strongest abilities is really listening to people’s needs. She strives to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and to ensure that the process is easy and stress-free. Lorraine is licensed in CT, NY and NJ, and has been awarded the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award. She is primarily based in Connecticut, but LOVES the Jersey Shore and spends a lot of time WORKING here and ENJOYING what the area has to offer.
