Rental Information Form

By clicking here, the landlord agrees to list the above property for rent through Barefoot Real Estate (not exclusively) and upon Barefoot producing a fully executed lease, agrees to pay a commission equal to 10% of the total amount of the rent. This 10% will be deducted from the first rental payment. The landlord acknowledges that this is not a property management agreement.
